- Diploma in Pharmacy from any Central / State Govt. Institute
- Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948
| Head Constable (Midwife) | 14 | - Class 10th / High School Examination Passed from a recognized Board
- Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery Course from a recognized Institute
- Registered in Nursing Council of Central Govt. or State Govt.
